1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the use of the Auto Stud service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by Auto Stud (hereinafter "we" or the "Provider") to its customers (hereinafter "you" or the "User").
By using the autostud.ai website, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations set out below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not continue to use Auto Stud.
2. Service Description
Auto Stud is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that is a video generation software.
3. Access to the Service
3.1. To access the Service, you must create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out under your account.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. The subscription to the Service is concluded for an initial period of one month, automatically renewable for successive periods of one month.
4.2. You may terminate your subscription at any time, with the termination taking effect at the end of the current period.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these T&Cs.
5. Price and Payment
5.1. The prices of our offers are indicated on our website and may be modified at any time.
5.2. Payment is made monthly by automatic debit from the bank card registered during subscription.
5.3. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Service.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The withdrawal period varies depending on the customer's country. By default, it is set at 7 days from the date of subscription to the Service.
6.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw in writing before the expiration of the withdrawal period applicable in your country.
6.3. In case of withdrawal within the allotted time, we will reimburse all payments received, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your decision to withdraw.
7. User Obligations
7.1. You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these T&Cs.
7.2. You are prohibited from any fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Auto Stud remains the owner of all intellectual property rights to the software and Service provided.
8.2. Videos created by the User via the Auto Stud Service can be used by the User for commercial purposes.
8.3. The user is solely responsible for verifying the copyrights related to the content and elements they use and generate with Auto Stud.
8.4. The images you upload to autostud.ai remain your exclusive property. We do not make them available to other users without your consent.
9. Protection of Personal Data
9.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
9.2. You agree that we may collect and process your personal data necessary for the provision of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Provider cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.
10.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of sums paid by the User during the last 12 months.
11. Modifications to the T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on our website.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

15. Non-warranty clause
autostud.ai is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title, and/or non-infringement. This clause extends to all components of the service, whether visible or not to the end user.
Your use of autostud.ai is at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from the use of autostud.ai, including, but not limited to, any damage to your computer system or loss of data. This also includes any indirect consequences that may arise from your use of the service.
16. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any indirect damage resulting from the use of autostud.ai. This limitation applies whether such damages are based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence, product liability or otherwise), or any other pecuniary loss, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation of liability extends to all forms of possible harm, whether financial, personal, professional, or otherwise. It also covers any loss of data, business opportunities, reputation, or any other type of intangible loss.
